This document applies to the use of all services on the hbajee platform. It is mandatory to read the following terms in full before registering an account and before taking part in any game or betting activity.

Definitions and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between hbajee ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "user", "member"). These Terms apply to the hbajee website, mobile application and all related services.

Key Definitions

  • "Platform" means the entire digital service comprising the hbajee website and application.
  • "Member" means any individual registered on the Platform who operates an account in their own name.
  • "Real Money Game" means any game or betting activity in which real money is used.
  • "Bonus Funds" means funds received under a promotion that cannot be withdrawn until specified wagering requirements have been met.
  • "Net Loss" means the amount remaining after deducting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

By completing registration on the Platform, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms in full. If you disagree with any term, please do not use the Platform.

Eligibility to Use the Service

To use hbajee services, you must meet all of the eligibility criteria listed below. Operating an account without meeting these criteria will be considered a breach of the Terms.

Age and Identity

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
  • You must register using a genuine form of identification. Using a false identity or another person's identity is not permitted.
  • hbajee may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

Geographic Restrictions

This platform is operated primarily for residents of Bangladesh. Using the platform from any region or country where online gaming or betting is prohibited under local law is strictly forbidden. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their country.

Account Limit

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is broken, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Registration and Security

To open an account at hbajee, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. If you need to change any details submitted during registration, please contact our support team.

Password and Login Security

  • Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. hbajee will never ask for your password via message or phone.
  • If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • Change your password regularly and do not use passwords that are easy to guess.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

After registration, hbajee may request identity verification at any time. This process may require a copy of your national ID card, passport or other government-issued document. hbajee reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold until verification is complete.

Account Suspension or Closure

hbajee may suspend any account during an investigation into suspected suspicious activity, breach of terms or fraud. If a breach is confirmed by the investigation, the account will be permanently closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hbajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Only approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Methods and Limits

  • Approved deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
  • Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

Withdrawal Methods and Limits

  • Approved withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method used for the deposit.

Conditions Regarding Source of Funds

The user must confirm that they are depositing funds obtained from a legitimate source. If any attempt at money laundering is identified, the associated account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Bonuses and Promotions

hbajee offers members special bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. The wagering requirement on this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning in the example above, you must wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering has been completed.
  • Funds deposited while a bonus is active may also need to be used to fulfil the bonus terms.
  • If an attempt to claim a bonus fraudulently is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • hbajee reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer.

VIP Cashback Program

hbajee's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier earns a weekly cashback that is a fixed percentage of that week's net loss. For example, a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback — this is the maximum for that tier. Members move up to higher tiers based on their usage patterns and activity.

Game and Betting Rules

hbajee operates various gaming activities including casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, and reading them before starting a game is responsible behaviour.

General Game Policy

  • All game software is operated by third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Evolution).
  • Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a network issue, the outcome will be determined according to the server log.
  • If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, hbajee reserves the right to adjust the correct amount.

Sports Betting Rules

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled in accordance with hbajee's policy.
  • In live betting, any change in odds applies before the bet is placed.
  • If a technical error is found in the odds, hbajee reserves the right to cancel those bets.

Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and the deposited balance may be forfeited. hbajee is able to take legal action in such cases.

List of Completely Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to dishonestly exploit bonuses or promotional offers.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
  • Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets.
  • Attempting to place bets using advance knowledge of game outcomes (Insider Information).
  • Using another person's account or payment method.
  • Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
  • Operating an account under a false identity or on behalf of someone else.

hbajee uses advanced technology to monitor unusual betting patterns and fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to suspend an account for investigation if anything suspicious is detected.

Responsible Gaming

Self-Control Tools

  • Deposit Limit: You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit.
  • Loss Limit: You can set a cap on the maximum amount you can lose within a given period.
  • Self-Exclusion: The option to exclude yourself from your account for a set period or permanently.

  • If you continue using the platform after a change, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to hbajee's governing authority. As a first step in resolving any dispute, an attempt will be made to reach a resolution through discussion via the support team.
